IBPS PO 2021 registration process will begin once the recruitment notification is out. As per the guidelines, the candidates must use Internet Explorer 8 and above, Mozilla FireFox 3.0 and above, Google Chrome 3.0 and above for a smooth application process. The application process is completely online, the candidates should ensure they have the following things ready beforehand.
The interested candidates are required to deposit a fee after the completion of the application process. Without the application fee, the candidate’s application is not accepted by IBPS. The fee is taken to manage expenditure incurred in conducting the exam, it also serves the purpose of deterring nonserious aspirants to apply for the exam. The fee needed to be paid is as follows:

The recruitment process begins with the official notification. The next stage is the application process. The candidates whose application is accepted receive an online admit card for the 1 st stage of 3 stage recruitment process. The recruitment process consists of a Preliminary Stage, followed by the mains exam and interview process. The candidates have to qualify the previous stage to reach the next. The finally selected candidates after the interview round are given provisional recruitment by the IBPS.

An adequate number of candidates in each category are shortlisted by IBPS depending upon the number of vacancies and facilities for the main exam. The result of prelims is declared within a month of the prelims. The examination pattern for prelims is as follows:

It is important to note that besides the overall cut off there is a sectional cut off too. Candidates must score at least 10 marks in each section in order to be eligible for the mains exam.
The candidates who are successful in the preliminary stage have to appear for the mains exam. The mains exam is essential for getting a call for an interview round. The final merit list is made based on the score in the mains exam. The details of the mains exam pattern are as follows.

Candidates must qualify the sectional as well as an overall cutoff in the main exam to be eligible for an interview.
The interview will be conducted by the participating banks and their nodal branches. The candidates 3 times the vacancy are called for the exam.
