Schools Closed In Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad: Here is what official notification says
"In view of the extreme cold/cold prevailing in the district for the last few days, in compliance with the instructions given by the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad, all the schools affiliated to all council, secondary (UP Board), CBSE, ICSE or other boards from class 1 to 8 in Ghaziabad district will remain completely closed for students till 18-01-2025," read the official notification.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government has issued the 2025 holiday calendar for schools and government offices.While the calendar includes 24 public holidays and 31 restricted holidays, key holidays include Republic Day, Independence Day, and major religious festivals.
