BSEB Bihar Board Class 10, 12 Model Paper 2025: The Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has released the model papers for the Class 10 (matric) and Class 12 (Intermediate) exams for 2025, providing students with an important resource for their preparation. These model papers are available for students appearing in the upcoming board exams and can be downloaded from the official BSEB website, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

The BSEB has issued model papers for Class 12 across all three streams—Arts, Commerce, and Science—helping students get a clearer idea of the exam pattern and the type of questions they can expect.

Both the Class 10 and Class 12 model papers are available in PDF format, and students can download them subject-wise from the official portal. This initiative is designed to assist students in their exam preparation by providing a structured format of the exam, helping them familiarize themselves with the question paper layout.

The BSEB matric exam (Class 10) will consist of questions for different subjects, with some exams being conducted for 80 marks and others for 100 marks. The exams will be held in offline mode with a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, including an additional 15 minutes given to students for reading the questions carefully before starting their answers.

Paper Pattern

The question papers will be divided into two sections—Section A and Section B. Section A will contain 100 objective-type questions, from which students are required to answer only 50 questions. It is important to note that if more than 50 questions are answered, only the first 50 answers will be considered for evaluation. Each objective-type question carries 1 mark, and students must use a blue or black ballpoint pen to darken the circle corresponding to the correct answer on the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Answer Sheet.

Section B will consist of 11 descriptive questions, and students are required to answer all of these questions. These questions will test students’ understanding and knowledge in a more detailed manner. The overall exam structure is designed to assess both the student’s conceptual clarity through objective-type questions and their writing skills through descriptive-type questions.

To pass the Bihar Board exams in 2025, students must score a minimum of 30 marks (out of 100) in each subject, with a required overall aggregate of at least 30%. This passing criterion ensures that students demonstrate a basic understanding of the subjects they are studying while also achieving a balanced performance across all subjects.

The BSEB’s model papers for both Class 10 and Class 12 serve as a helpful guide for students to get accustomed to the exam format and practice effectively. By regularly referring to the model papers and understanding the exam pattern, students can improve their exam-taking strategies and boost their confidence for the upcoming board exams.
