  • Organize your time.
The exam is divided into five sections, with a deliberate aim to make the examination as long as possible. Almost everything in the paper necessitates extensive reading before reaching a conclusion. As a result, time management is now the most important factor.

  • Be flexible rather than rigid.
Sometimes you'll get halfway through a paragraph or a logic issue and realize you don't get it. That's when you should listen to your head rather than your heart. The heart would tell you to stay with it longer, but the brain would tell you to abandon the sinking ship. So, rather than wasting time and earning negative marks, be flexible enough to move on and look at the unanswered questions.
  • There are no preconceived notions
Because all of the aspirants are in the same boat, it is unnecessary to feel overjoyed if the paper is easy or depressed if the paper is difficult. If the paper is tough, the cut-offs are higher, and vice versa. So, here's another golden rule: don't have any predetermined assumptions. Before you look at the document, don't consider the number of attempts.
If the paper is difficult, the entire group will make fewer attempts, lowering the cut-offs. This can relieve exam stress and lead to more rational attempts rather than wild guesses.
  • A section on quantitative abilities
It would be a huge blunder to skip this section of the CLAT exam. With a rudimentary understanding of mathematics, anyone may simply attempt and answer all of the problems correctly. This will undoubtedly improve overall scores and assist a candidate in passing the overall cut-offs.

  • Make intelligent decisions, and be attentive.
This may seem unusual, but the exam also requires you to leave questions. It is critical to go over all of the questions, and failing to do so will almost certainly result in you leaving them unanswered. Do the questions you know the answers to and leave the ones you don't know the answers to. Smartly eliminate possibilities and select the best from the list.
Have the ability to distinguish between simple, moderate, and tough questions. The solutions to the questions are right in front of you.
Be smart! The only way to gain this skill is to take a lot of practice exams before the real thing.

All The Best !!
