NEET MDS 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the application window for the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS). Interested candidates can visit the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in. to fill out their application forms for the same.
The candidates may note that the application window for the same will remain open till 10 March 2025. After closing the application window, the correction window will be opened for the same from 27 to 31 March 2025. The exam will be commenced on 19 April 2025.
The exam will be conducted on a single day and in a single session as a computer-based examination. The exam comprises 240 Multiple Choice Questions with each question having 4 response options/ distractors in the English language only. The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
The admit card will be released on April 15. The result will be announced on May 19, 2025. A demo test will be available for the benefit of candidates to familiarise themselves with the Computer Test format at the website https://nbe.edu.in Candidates will be able to access the Demo test tentatively from April 9, 2025.

NEET MDS 2025: Application fees
Candidates from General, OBC, and EWS categories have to pay Rs 3500 and SC, ST, and PWD candidates have to pay Rs 2500 as the application fees.
NEET MDS 2025: Eligibility criteria
A candidate for admission to the Master in Dental Surgery course, must possess a recognized degree of Bachelor in Dental Surgery awarded by a university or institute in India registered with the State Dental Council has obtained provisional or permanent registration, and has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognized dental college.
A candidate who after passing the final qualifying examination (BDS or the foreign dental degree recognized by GoI/DCI), is undergoing a 12-month compulsory rotatory internship/ practical training and is likely to complete the same by March 31, 2025, can take up this exam.
NEET MDS 2025: How to apply?
- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in.
- Then click on the registration link available on the home page.
- Register yourself and fill out the application form.
- Pay the application fees and click on submit.
- Save the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
