Goa HSSC Board Exam 2025: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) is set to begin the Goa Class 12 Board Exams 2025 on February 10, 2025. These exams will be held across 20 examination centers in the state.
According to the official notification, candidates can check their seating arrangements on the board’s website. Students are advised to arrive at the examination centers at least 45 minutes before the exam starts.
The exams will begin at 9:30 AM for all streams, including Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational Studies. The exams will run from February 10 to March 1, 2025, at the 20 designated centers.
The Goa Board rescheduled the exam dates to avoid a clash with the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 Session 1. Initially, the theory exams were set to begin on February 1, but schools and parents raised concerns about insufficient preparation time for students. As a result, the board decided to push back the exam dates to provide students with adequate time to prepare.
This year, a total of 17,718 regular category candidates will appear for the Goa Class 12 exams. This is a slight increase from last year when 17,511 candidates appeared for the exams under the regular category.
The board has made all the necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams, and students are encouraged to follow the instructions carefully.
